Platform terms

Terms of service.

These launch terms govern use of Ruling’s AI-agent catalog, reviews, comparison pages, submissions, and editorial benchmark content. They are practical launch terms, not a substitute for legal review as the business matures.

Use Ruling honestly

  • Do not submit spam, malware, private information, impersonation, undisclosed vendor marketing, or claims you know are false.
  • Community reviews should be based on firsthand use or clearly disclosed evaluation context.
  • Do not use automation to manipulate ratings, helpful votes, submissions, search, or comparison activity.

Reviews and submissions

  • You are responsible for the reviews, agent submissions, category suggestions, reports, and profile claims you contribute.
  • Ruling may moderate, reject, hide, edit formatting, or remove content to protect catalog quality, safety, and trust.
  • Submitting a review or suggestion gives Ruling permission to display, summarize, moderate, and use it to operate the catalog.

Editorial benchmark content

  • Ruling editorial benchmarks are platform research, not community testimonials and not paid placements.
  • Scores and notes may change as products, pricing, documentation, or market facts change.
  • Vendors and users can challenge factual claims; accepted corrections may update pages, source URLs, benchmark notes, and scores.

No procurement advice

  • Ruling provides community signal, editorial context, and comparison tools; it is not legal, financial, security, or procurement advice.
  • Confirm pricing, compliance, model availability, terms, support, and capabilities with each vendor before purchase.
  • AI-agent products change quickly, so always verify current vendor documentation for launch-critical decisions.

Accounts and access

  • You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity submitted from your account.
  • Ruling may rate-limit, suspend, or block access that threatens platform integrity or violates these terms.
  • Beta, teams, API, and profile-claim features may be limited, changed, or discontinued while the product is still launching.
